Agreeing to this
Browse this site or place an order and you're accepting these terms. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, don't use the site — that's a real option and we won't be offended.
Who you're dealing with
Reel Raw Records is an independent record label and recording studio based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Where this page says "we," "us," or "our," that's who it means.
Orders
Putting an order through is an offer to buy, not a done deal. The confirmation email says we received it; the contract forms when we actually dispatch the record. We can decline or cancel before that — a sold-out item, a pricing error, an order that looks like fraud — and if we've taken your money, you get all of it back.
Prices and stock
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and tax is already included, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay. Prices and availability can change without notice. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if something is listed wrong we'll tell you rather than quietly ship you the wrong thing.
Delivery
We ship within Indonesia only, free to every province. Timings, tracking, and what happens when a parcel goes missing are all set out on the shipping page. Returns and refunds live on the return policy. Both of those pages form part of these terms.
The music is still ours
Buying a record buys you the object. It doesn't buy you the recording, the composition, the artwork, or the right to do anything commercial with them. All of that stays with Reel Raw Records or the artists and rights holders it belongs to.
So: play it, love it, lend it to a friend. Don't rip it and sell it, don't press your own, don't use our masters or artwork in your product, your ad, or your release without written permission.
Using the site
Don't use this site to break the law, don't try to break the site itself, and don't scrape, overload, or poke at it looking for a way in. We'll cut off access to anyone doing that, without notice.
What we're on the hook for
We stand behind the records we sell — faulty is faulty and we fix it, as the return policy sets out. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing here removes liability that can't legally be excluded, and nothing here removes your rights under Indonesian consumer law.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute goes to the Indonesian courts.
Changes
We'll update this page when we need to. The version live at the moment you order is the version that governs that order — so if you care, read it at the time rather than trusting your memory of it.
